Tonneau Cable Replacement Kit

Two tonneau cable kits are available. Both come with a 5-foot replacement cable that you will need to cut down to size, attached to a stamped eye. One kit comes with a second stamped eye, and the other kit comes with a ball shank.

The first step is to slip the tonneau cable into the black cable housing and trim to size. If you are using the second stamped eye, crimp it to the trimmed end and attach. If you are using the ball shank version, insert the trimmed end in the correct location before crimping the ball shank to the cable.
